-0165 (2) (a) There were many tiny safety pins scattered on the floor, on play area at side of the house and those can be a choking hazard. -0165 (2) (b) Two of the the window blinds are no longer secured. -0165 (2) (d) There was a roll of bags on top of a grill, and those were not secured during child care hours. -0165 (4) (c) There is a standing lamp in the living room, and it is not secured.
